Meridian Gray (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's used.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, through:

• The Business Health Check (System Finder): your name, work email, phone number, business name, role, and the business details and answers you provide during the assessment.
• The enquiry / project brief form: your name, email, business name, industry, phone/WhatsApp number and the project details you write.
• A newsletter subscription, if you sign up on the Insights page: your email address.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, send you the results of your Health Check, follow up about a potential project, and, if you've subscribed, send occasional updates. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage and session storage for functional purposes only — for example, to remember that you've seen the loading animation, and to remember your cookie-notice preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser sends a request to Google, which may log your IP address as part of normal web server operation, under Google's own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and Health Check submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and as required for our business records.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by writing to info@meridiangray.in.
